It's so easy to get into a negative state of mind. The positive can be a little harder to achieve at times. Now, there are many individuals that never struggle with this positive and negative thought process...yet I'm finding more and more do struggle. Here's a golden nugget for you to read. #29 Transform Your Thinking

What does it mean to transform your thinking? One way is to become aware of your thoughts and to actively choose to think better thoughts. Get out of a negative mental rut and decide to think about higher things. Stop going over why things went wrong or how someone hurt you. Choose to move from negative thoughts into more postive and creative thoughts. Replace complaints with praise.

Ask God to help you transform your thinking. When you find yourself dwelling on what's wrong, ask Him to help you find what's right in every situation. Allow the light of love to transform your thoughts.

>>When you find yourself thinking negatively, create a positive affirmation to replace the negative talk.

VERSE: "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God". Romans 12:2 NKJV
